Please see attached Information regarding Registration for the 2012/2013 Hockey Season. Rates have increased again for this season however we still will run in a deficit position even with the increase. Novice - Midget $400, IP1 $245. 3rd and additional child $120.
After you have completed the On Line form you may do one of 2 things....
- Mail to LOWMHA, with payment to Suite 204 - 428 2nd St. South, Kenora ON, P9N 1G6
- Bring completed form and payment to Mass Registration August 28/29
